An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order and does not confirm acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the order ships.

Pricing and Payment

All prices on bwbrcowboyboots.com are stated in the currency shown at checkout. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs charges applied by your jurisdiction. Fung Kiu Limited accepts payment through credit cards and PayPal. Payment must be authorized before your order is processed.

Shipping

Fung Kiu Limited ships women's shoes to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Fung Kiu Limited is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier records delivery.

14 days No-Reason Refund Policy

Fung Kiu Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You may request a refund for any pair of women's shoes within 14 days of the delivery date without stating a reason. To qualify, the shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. You must submit your refund request within 14 days of receipt. Requests submitted after 14 days from receipt are not eligible for a refund. The 14 days period begins on the date the carrier records delivery.

Refund Processing Time

Fung Kiu Limited processes refunds after the returned shoes pass inspection at the returns facility. Refund processing and arrival of funds in your account takes at least 14 days from the date Fung Kiu Limited approves your refund request. The 14 days minimum applies to every refund method. The time required for your bank or card issuer to post the funds is included in the 14 days minimum. You accept that refunds will not arrive in your account in fewer than 14 days.

PayPal Refunds

PayPal refunds take at least 14 days from the date Fung Kiu Limited approves your refund request. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Where the law of your region requires a longer settlement period, the 30 days maximum applies to your PayPal refund. Fung Kiu Limited does not control PayPal settlement timelines and cannot shorten the period required by local law.

Damaged or Defective Items

You must inspect your women's shoes immediately upon delivery. Any claim for damaged or defective items must be submitted to Fung Kiu Limited within exactly 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt are rejected. Your claim must include your order number and photographs showing the damage or defect. Fung Kiu Limited will provide a replacement pair or a full refund for verified claims submitted within 7 days of receipt.

Returns Procedure

Contact Fung Kiu Limited at [email protected] to start a return. Fung Kiu Limited will issue return instructions and a return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Ship returns with a trackable method. Fung Kiu Limited is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Notify Fung Kiu Limited immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and product photography on bwbrcowboyboots.com are the property of Fung Kiu Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish this content without written permission from Fung Kiu Limited.

Prohibited Conduct
